Sean is an Access Nature and Disability Advocate. He graduated with a B.A. in American History & Political Science from Rutgers University. Since 2014 he’s worked for the New Jersey Park Service at Batsto Historic Village. Needing the use of leg braces and forearm crutches, Sean has overcome many physical life challenges, but that doesn’t hold him back from accomplishing his goals. Sean is a lifelong Southern New Jersey resident and avid outdoorsman. He enjoys kayaking the many rivers of the Pinelands and exploring historic/cultural sites. He’s devoted to the preservation of natural, cultural, and historic sites and is a proud member of the American Battlefield Trust. He’s thrilled about working in an organization that shares the same goals and commitments as he does for preserving, restoring, and interpreting natural and historic resources for current and future generations and ensuring everyone in our diverse collective community has a chance to enjoy the splendor of New Jersey’s great outdoors and cultural sites.
